Share Jesus without Fear by William Fay.
The Great Commission tells us that we are to share the Word of God to those who do not know Jesus. I think as a whole, we are not very obedient to that, and very often do not share the love of God with others. It is a huge mistake. To think that if one took the time to tell another person about how much God loves them, and that they are invited to spend eternity in Heaven with our Father when they die, is not something that should be dismissed lightly.
God does not expect us to be Bible Scholars when we evangelize, simply to share that the person is loved and desired to spend eternity with Jesus, and what another person has to do to have the same invitation of eternal life that another person has, by sharing how God sent His son to die for all of us, and what he expects us to believe of him.
In the book, the author shares five questions that a person should ask another when sharing Jesus:
1. Do you have any kind of spiritual beliefs?
2. To you, who is Jesus Christ?
3. Do you think there is a Heaven or Hell?
4. If you died, where would you go? If Heaven, why?
5. If what you are believing is not true, would you want to know?
One thing you must do, is overcome your fear of sharing your faith. The apostle Paul went to share his faith with fear, weakness, and trembling. But still he went!!!! I know for me, I am still nervous every time I share, but to know that I am being obedient to God, and doing His will is liberating, exciting, and giving HIM glory!
