New Home for Lily Book Review

new home for lily

New Home for Lily written by Mary Ann Kinsinger and Suzanne Woods Fisher. This is the second book to the Adventure of Lily Lapp Series. The book is written on the level that a small child would be able to understand, as well as enjoyed by an adult. If you love fiction books written about the Amish community and lifestyle, you will be sure to love this one as well. The book starts with Lily moving to Pennsylvania with her family to a new Amish community. In this small town, the changes of going to a new school, making new friends, as well as having a new baby brother are all the exciting changes this little girl is experiencing. In her new town she meets a little boy who obviously must have a crush on her because he is annoying and always teasing her, Aaron Yoder. A sweet story written from the eyes of a small child. I highly recommend this to any and all ages.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Revell, a division of Baker Publishing in exchange for an honest review. I thought this book was extremely well written, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Look for it in your local book stores now.
